Market Intelligence

HAI’s objective under its strategic pillar of Market Intelligence is to research its members and their marketplace to produce practical and useful data for external and internal use. HAI delivers this research through:
  • the quarterly Business Index, which captures net sales revenue from participating member retailers and merchants. Participating members receive a more detailed breakdown including year-on-year comparison; month-on-month comparison and index comparisons by region, area and number of employees.
  • regular Research campaigns including Member Satisfaction Surveys, Member Trends and Wage Rate Surveys.

To participate in the business index or for more information about our Market Intelligence please contact Jim on 01 298 0969. Keep up to date on the latest Business Index and Research results below.
